		Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP) Achieved STAR Status Rating From Occupational Safety And Health Administration (OSHA)
		ISO 9001 - Received DM Quality Management Certification at all SPR sites on February 19, 2001 by an independent registrar for the ISO 9001 International Quality Standard.
		Environmental Management System & Policy - Received and has maintained Independent Certification of the DM Environment Management System in accordance with the ISO 14001 International Standard since May 2000. The DM Environmental Management System, is the First Bulk Petroleum Storage Organization In United States to be successfully Certified against the ISO 14001 International Standard.
		Pollution Prevention - In competition among all federal agencies nation-wide for success in greening the government, named a winner for integrating its Environmental Management into its Business Systems. This innovation produced $2.4 million in cost avoidances and reduced annual waste generation by 25 million pounds from 1999 through 2003.
		DM is a charter member of the National Environmental Performance Track (NEPT) program which is open only to organizations with strong compliance record. DM was selected by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as one of the first 226 organizations nationwide to be named as a charter member of the National Environmental Performance Track. DM is also an active member of the Performance Track Participants Association (PTPA) which provides support to the EPA in furthering their NEPT program. This program recognizes national leaders in environmental management and provides them flexibility commensurate with their past performance and commitments.
